Soursop Annona muricata L. is a tropical fruit of current interest
for its medicinal properties. The compared proximal composition
and antioxidant activity of the pulp, fresh and dried
leaves, and seeds of soursop were compared. The highest contents
of protein (14.77g/100g) and fat (25.75g/100g) were found
in seeds. The pulp showed the highest moisture (86.32g/100g)
