Five pineapple genotypes (Gold, Pérola, Smooth Cayenne, BRS Vitória and BRS Imperial and four new hybrids - SC x PRI-21, SC48 x PRI-02, PE x SC-73 and PA x PE-01), were evaluated for their physicochemical characteristics.
